Bio:

Hi there, I’m Cat! I am proudly queer and Filipino-American, born and raised in Torrance, CA. I currently live in Los Angeles after graduating from Stanford Engineering. I am a fiction writer, punk guitarist, and psychology researcher dedicated to cultivating joy in queer and neurodiverse youth. I am happy to work with mentees on topics like anxiety, adjustment to life changes, identity, grief and loss, special interests, and so much more. Thrilled to be of service!

What I'm doing currently:

I am taking some exploratory gap years before applying to Ph.D. programs in Clinical Psychology. I am currently a research assistant through Stanford Medicine studying psychobiological stress responsivity and affective symptomatology in pediatric populations.
