Bio:

Hi! I’m Ellie, and I'm excited to be able to make a positive difference in other’s lives (because everyone deserves to feel loved, supported, and happy)! I have struggled in the past with depression and anxiety, and I believe that all of my experiences have helped me to become a more understanding and compassionate person. Being a mentor allows me to take that step in helping others achieve their goals through encouragement and shared experiences! Plus, who doesn’t love to see someone they care about feeling like themselves again.

What I'm doing currently:

Currently, I am finishing my bachelor's degree in Clinical and Applied Psychology and I work as a supervisor at Starbucks!

Life experiences:

😔 Depression
💔 Divorce
📚 Academic Stress
😰 Social Anxiety
