Bio:

Hi there, my name is Emily, but most people call me Delly! I graduated from Stanford in 2020 with a human biology and sustainability degree. I am drawn to SOMETHINGS because I love meeting new people and supporting young people in embracing their identities and chasing their dreams. As a teen, I had many strong role models and mentors, I now want to be that for others. On a whim, after graduating I moved to a training center for rowing which runs out of a sustainable outdoor center in the middle of Vermont. When not traveling for competitions and training, we live in old farmhouses, grow food for our dining hall, create and support sustainability projects at the center, and volunteer in our community. While at the center, I enjoy baking brunch for my teammates, swimming in the lake, having bonfires, hiking, XT Skiing, and throwing parties in our converted chicken coop.I am looking forward to meeting you and hope to become a safe space for you to feel seen and supported.

What I'm doing currently:

I am currently training for the 2024 Olympics and will be heading to Europe for training and securing our spot in the upcoming games. I am passionate about supporting people to optimize their health and well-being as such I work part-time as a research assistant at Stanford in child development and as a health coach at a start-up working to reduce physician burnout.
