Bio:

Hello! I'm Kate and I'm a NYC native and graduate of Hunter College, and I'm excited to be serving as a Teen Mentor. Like many, I've faced my fair share of challenges, especially during my teenage years, and I've always found that having a mentor made all the difference. My goal is to be a source of support and encouragement for today's teens, helping them feel heard and empowered as they pursue their dreams. I want to be someone they can turn to, whether it's for a casual conversation about the weather, a deep discussion about their aspirations, or guidance through their current struggles.

What I'm doing currently:

I currently live in Brooklyn, where I prioritize maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My daily routine includes a mindfulness and meditation practice with emphasis on movement. I also deeply value staying connected with friends and family.

Life experiences:

💌 Self-harm
🏞️ Loneliness
🏫 School Problems
🤼‍♂️ Friend Drama
