Hello! I'm Kate and I'm 25 years old, living in Brooklyn, and adjusting to post-grad life. I understand how difficult the teenager years can be-- I had many struggles all throughout mine! But I truly believe that these experiences have made me a more understanding and resilient person, and I now hope to offer up what I've learned to those who are currently struggling.
What I'm doing currently:
Currently, I'm living in Brooklyn and enjoying spending most of my time with my friends and family. Mental-health wise, I'm working on not giving my emotions so much weight-- and instead appreciating them for what they are-- and letting them go.
