Peyton ,

Pronouns:

She/Her

Education:

Texas State University

Bio:

I didn’t really have anyone to help me through my mental health struggles when I was younger and I would love to be that support for someone else! And in general, I’m just very passionate about emotional well-being. Throughout my life I have had experience with low self-esteem contributing to no motivation or goals, anxiety manifesting through body image and control, and depression effecting my relationships. I am looking forward to offering any support about any or all of these topics.

What I'm doing currently:

I work at a nonprofit for substance use prevention. I love to read, hang out with my dogs. And spend time outside when it’s not 100 degrees :joy:

Life experiences:

Social anxiety
Peer pressure
Family dyanmics
Stress
