Bio:

Hi! I'm Sarah. I became a mentor because I found that sharing experiences and emotions with others was my lifeline during the toughest times in my life. Having faced moments when I couldn't find the support I needed, I'm passionate about being the compassionate listener and steady pillar of support that I wish I'd had. I would love to help anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, food/eating challenges, romantic challenges, loneliness, family or friend challenges, and/or academic challenges. Having been through many rough experiences of my own, my personal journey has given me a deep well of empathy to draw from. I would love to help others navigate through their struggles, using my experiences to show them that they're not alone.

What I'm doing currently:

I'm currently a junior in college, pursuing a bachelor's in Psychology! And also finishing up a Philosophy minor on the side.

Life experiences:

🏞️ Loneliness
😔 Depression
😰 Social Anxiety
🏫 School Problems
