Bio:

Hi I’m Shannon but most everyone calls me Shan! I am finishing up my masters in social work up in Seattle (finally done in June - eeek!!) and studied psychology in undergrad in Los Angeles. I love running around outside, baking new vegan recipes, marathoning reality tv shows with my roommates, and constantly accumulating new hobbies (just ordered a jewelry making kit so that is my latest endeavor). My own experiences with mental health, specifically anxiety and depression starting in high school, has led me to where I am at today - both in terms of my career and being a Something's mentor. I want to be a safe space where you can always find support, feel seen, and receive unconditional compassion.

What I'm doing currently:

Working as a DBT therapist!

Life experiences:

🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+
😔 Depression
💑 Dating
😰 Social Anxiety
