I am someone who thrives being around people! I am a very family and friend oriented person, and animals (mostly dogs) are one of my biggest passions! I love art, listening to music, and am a major foodie. I have struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 13 years old. I have survived a sexual assault and am very passionate about supporting survivors. My experience with anxiety and depression and therapy is one that is unique I feel and I would love for it to help others feel supported.

What I'm doing currently:

I am now a Junior at UCLA and love spending time with friends! I am actually just starting to volunteer at the local animal shelter near school.
