Education:

Bio:

My name is Tara Mason and I am passionate about mental health, advocacy, traveling, content creation, and research. I would love to be a mentor because it would allow me to help support teens in whatever they may need and to help to become healthy and happy adults. I value a great mental health and I believe that having someone reach that healthy status will build one's overall confidence and will give someone the opportunities to thrive. I want to be that support space for teens and adolescents navigating through life's challenges as noone should be alone.

What I'm doing currently:

I am a junior brand manager. I am also applying for Masters programs so that I can continue my education in the field of Psychology, specifically in User Experience Research.

Life experiences:

🗓️ Future Planning
📚 Academic Stress
💪 Self-Confidence
😰 Social Anxiety
