Hi, I'm Valerie! I grew up in the Dominican Republic and Florida and now live in NYC. I experienced a lot of depression, anxiety, and family turmoil as a teenager and want to be a mentor to provide the resources I didn't have then. My hope is to create a space where you can feel unconditional empathy and acceptance for being exactly as you are.
