Our matching process

Step 1: Complete questionnaire

Your teen completes a matching questionnaire to find the right mentor match based on shared life experiences, interests, long term goals, and preferred communication method.

Step 2: Teen accepts match

Our team will select 3 mentor matches for your teen. Then, your teen picks the mentor that they want to move forward with.

Step 3: Parent accepts match

You get to approve your teen’s choice before getting started. Once confirmed, we match your teen with their mentor in our app and initiate the mentorship.
