Goal setting & progress tracking
Our mentors collaborate with you and your teen to establish meaningful 3, 6, and 12 month goals. We ensure that short-term objectives and actionable tools provided by mentors enable consistent progress.
Flexible, as needed support
Our mentors are always available for your teen on their schedule. Whether it’s running to-and-from practice or in between classes, your teen receives access to unlimited texting and video calls with their mentor.
Parent monthly updates
Each month, you get to guide your teen's mentorship. You’ll receive a personal video update from their mentor, data on how much they’ve been interacting, and any action items for you as the parent.

Our matching process
Step 1: Complete questionnaire
Your teen completes a matching questionnaire to find the right mentor match based on shared life experiences, interests, long term goals, and preferred communication method.
Step 2: Teen accepts match
Our team will select 3 mentor matches for your teen. Then, your teen picks the mentor that they want to move forward with.
Step 3: Parent accepts match
You get to approve your teen’s choice before getting started. Once confirmed, we match your teen with their mentor in our app and initiate the mentorship.
